A quiet, comfortable listening test called Tinnitogram™ maps your hearing across 67 frequencies, more than 8x the detail of a standard hearing test.
Your provider uses REVE134™ to tune a sound therapy to your exact results, ready to use on a small portable player with calibrated earphones.
Listen for 1 hour a day as you go about your routine. At follow-up visits your provider re-measures your hearing and fine-tunes your plan.

View all researchTinnitogram is a fine-grain audiometric assessment that measures hearing thresholds across 67 frequency bands, compared with the eight frequencies sampled by routine audiometry. The additional resolution surfaces narrow threshold features, including notches and extended high-frequency change, that fall between the points of a standard test. It complements the standard diagnostic workup rather than replacing it.
REVE134 uses Tinnitogram results to generate a personalized sound therapy file. It targets the specific frequency bands identified in the measurement and sets stimulation below the level of conscious perception, producing a therapy that is effectively inaudible in use and well tolerated across a normal day.
The therapy uses sound generating software that is FDA cleared for use within a tinnitus care program, to provide temporary relief of tinnitus symptoms, and is intended to be fitted by a hearing healthcare professional. Our handling of patient information is HIPAA compliant. On evidence: the randomized controlled trial behind the underlying method measured hearing thresholds rather than tinnitus outcomes. Most patients who respond describe changes over several weeks rather than days, with further change developing across a couple of months. Responses vary considerably: some patients report substantial relief, some modest relief, and some no change. There is no immediate effect to look for in the first days of the course.
